Your plan is delivered within 14 business days of your call. Need it sooner? Rush orders may be available for an additional $250.
Cancellations & Refunds
Once your intake form is submitted and planning has begun, refunds aren't available. We'll always do our best to accommodate date changes.
Revisions
Follow-up questions are welcome. Substantial updates or reworks may incur an additional fee, with your approval.

4️⃣ Receive Your Custom Plan
Within 14 business days, you’ll receive your personalized recommendations, curated Google Map, cultural insights, and Hello Paris guide.

What you’ll receive is a set of tailored recommendations: thoughtfully selected restaurants, boutiques, cultural spots, and experiences that match your vibe, budget, and timing. You decide how and when to enjoy them, with the freedom to explore at your own pace.
Expect curated suggestions for dining, wine bars, bakeries, shops, galleries, museums, cultural experiences, neighborhoods to explore, and local gems — all personalized to your preferences and travel goals.
At this time, we do not make reservations or bookings on your behalf. That includes restaurants, tours, or ticketed events. Your plan will include direct links and guidance so you can easily make bookings on your own, but all arrangements must be handled by the traveler.
We recommend booking your plan 5 to 6 weeks before your departure. This gives us time to align, meet, and deliver your custom plan. Need it sooner? We offer a rushed turnaround option for an additional $250, just mention this in your intake form and we’ll follow up.
You’ll receive your full package (PDF, Google Map, and extras) within 14 business days after our Zoom call.
While we don’t handle bookings or hotel arrangements, we do share a curated list of boutique hotel suggestions. Final booking decisions and logistics are left to you.
However, we provide access to a curated list of 4-star boutique hotels in Paris at 15% off as part of your plan.

Yes! It’s a beautiful gift for honeymoons, birthdays, engagements, or any Paris-bound traveler. Just let us know in the notes at checkout and we’ll adjust the communication and delivery accordingly.
We evaluate cancellations and refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Once the intake form has been submitted, your spot and consultation are reserved. We reserve the right to decline full refunds after planning has begun. If you have a change in travel plans, we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
If, for any reason, your order cannot be accommodated — due to timing, alignment, or scope — you will be notified and fully refunded shortly after your purchase. If you don’t hear from us, your request has been accepted and added to our planning queue.
