Order Changes
Once an order is placed, adjustments cannot be made.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 5-10 business days (with some exceptions).
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
If you don't receive tracking within five business days, please contact us.
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in New York City; transit times vary by shipping method and destination.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Domestic (USA): Delivery takes 1-5 business days after your order is shipped.
- International: Delivery typically takes 10-12 business days after your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods
Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS, with a 1-7 business day delivery estimate.
International orders ship via UPS or DHL, with a 10-12 business day delivery estimate.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For packages not scanned as "delivered" by the carrier, we offer replacements (if in stock) or full store credit (excluding shipping/taxes).
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, contact us with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for store credit on domestic orders only; international orders are not eligible for return.
Returns or exchanges for store credit must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition to qualify for return or exchange.
Art prints and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged.

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.
To initiate an exchange, email us with your order number.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued as store credit or exchanges unless items are damaged and non-replaceable.
Once a return is received and reviewed, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of store credit or exchange.
Return/Exchange Shipping
Return/exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns over $75, consider using trackable shipping or insurance.
On Sale and Discount Items
Use this text to share information about your brand with your customers. Describe a product, share announcements, or welcome customers to your store. Only regular-priced items are eligible for store credit or exchange.
Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
