At Hello French, we understand the challenges learners face with varying levels, paces, and goals. And because some of you thrive best with personalized private lessons, we offer 1-on-1 classes where we consider your unique learning habits, preferences, and interests to make French learning a personalized and fun journey. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and you may need to reschedule your lesson. To ensure we can assist you, you must cancel your class via our website at least 48 hours before class starts. After this period, we cannot guarantee your lesson can be rescheduled, and you will lose your lesson credit. Note that you are responsible for rescheduling your missed class within the validity of your package (6 weeks for 5-hour Packages and 12 weeks for 10-hour packages). Note that we do not issue refunds.
